Deep Creek

Current Situation

Nambucca Shire Council has formed an Estuary Management Committee to allow community input into the management of all its estuaries. Council has prepared an Entrance Study and a baseline catchment study. A flood risk assessment study is currently underway. These three studies will form the basis of a proposed opening strategy for Deep Creek.
